During travels, the first thing I observe is the airport. Just by looking at it, you can get an overview of the city/country – crowd, culture, cleanliness, technological advancement, among others. This was actually my second time at this airport. The first time was back in 2003, when our Korean Air flight to San Francisco landed for a scheduled 5-hour stopover.
I was, and still am, impressed by this airport beyond words. Everything is clean and state-of-the-art. Well, it should be, its one of the biggest and busiest airports in Asia and around the world.
Quoted from Wikipedia:
…it has been consecutively rated as the best airport in the world and received the full 5-star ranking by Skytrax, the prestigious recognition shared only by Hong Kong International Airport and Singapore Changi Airport…
Even the toilets are classy.

Here are some of my shots of the airport during my vacation in South Korea.

I also took some nightshots while walking around Seoul. You can view them here.
